CALL FOR PAPERS @ Sahulat Micro?nance Society
Sahulat Micro?nance Society, a society established under the Societies Registration Act publishes "Sahulat: a journal of interest free micro ?nance" twice a year. It is a voluntary, non-political and non-pro? t social service organization. The purpose of the journal is mainly to promote research for conceptual re?nement and to popularize the idea of interest-free micro ?nancing. But the journal also publishes contributions to development economics, ?nancial economics, cooperative movement, micro ?nancing and poverty related studies, etc. The journal wants to articulate, re?ne and present all such ideas that would lead to the development and application of appropriate ?nancial instruments as well as to work for the evolution of a suitable and effective regulatory mechanism for interest free micro ?nance. The Journal is devoted to a serious examination of relevant issues. It shall publish research based articles, survey articles, comments, reports of organizations, ?eld and empirical studies, book reviews, etc. Priority shall be given to the publication of empirical studies with heavy research inputs.
The scholars all over the globe are requested to send their contributions for the consideration of publication in the Sahulat Journal. The second issue of the Journal is expected to come out in January 2013.
The intended author may submit their contributions, either in hard or soft copies. The authors are requested to send two copies if they decide to submit their contribution(s) in hard copies. The hard copies may be mailed to
