Research Proposals Invited
Rajiv Gandhi National Institute of Youth Development (RGNIYD) is inviting research proposals from lecturers and young researchers those who have qualified M.Phil. or UGC NET. Preference will be given to studies pertaining to Life Skills Education and Reproductive
Sexual Health and related topics of Adolescents and Youth.
Objectives of the workshop are to:
? Provide a platform to the research scholars to produce scientific and quality research on Life Skills Education and Peproductive
Sexual Health
? Develop research base in Life Skills and Adolescent Reproductive Sexual Health
? Document and disseminate a compendium of research.
Research proposals will be screened by a review committee and selected scholars will be invited for a five day preliminary workshop conducted by experts from prestigious research institutions on research methodology for enriching the critical mass of the research
proposal. A grant of Rs. 20000/- will be awarded to each selected proposal for the research work. The final research work will be screened by research committee and published in an edited book. Interested scholars can send their proposals before 10 th
March 2011. The selection of research papers will be intimated by 20 th March 2011. The tentative presentation of papers and research methodology workshop will be first week of April 2011. Then the final research findings will be presented before the research committee and published. The entire process of research work will be over by 30 th November 2011. Travel Allowance, boarding and lodging will be provided to all selected participants as per the norms of RGNIYD.
