MCPH is a unique experiment committed to furthering a social conscience and the
humanities in a world growing increasingly anonymous, fragmented and alien. This
academic internship program would allow second and third year Bachelors student from
any discipline to interact with graduate students, research scholars and faculty for two
weeks. The selected students will get to interact with eminent scholars, also committed
teachers, in various fields. This conversation would take place in an immersive research
environment amidst the lush landscape of the western ghats and the Arabian sea. There
are plenty of facilities for sports and leisure activities.
There are no fees for the program.
Students however will have to pay for their hostel accommodation (subsidized cost) and
food.
Dates: May 7-19, 2012
Application: To apply write a short statement of 500 words regarding your interest in the
humanities.
And send it along with a short bio data to [email protected]. before April 7, 2012.
Selected participants will be intimated by email.
