Vacancy for Programme Manager

Job Description:
(1) Management and coordination of the programmes/projects; monitoring quality control and timely delivery of outputs; (2) Analysis of programme activities and outputs, and preparation and presentation of reports for internal and external audiences; (3) Exploring programme and research opportunities and developing proposals; (4) Contributing
to research strategy and design, and analysis and preparation of research reports; (5) Any other related work assigned by the organisation from time-to-time. Quali?cations and Experience: Applicants must be postgraduates in social sciences, economics, sociology, demography, development studies or related field. Preference will be given to candidates having experience in programme implementation, monitoring and impact evaluations, preferably with reputed development agencies/ research institutions.
Competencies:
(1) Ability to plan and coordinate implementation of programmes/ projects independently with minimal supervision; (2) Ability to take initiative, prioritize and plan activities, and deliver results on deadline;(3) Proven ability to organize, analyse and evaluate programme performance and research data; (4) Strong report writing and presentation skills; (5) Strong computer skills in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Internet.
Compensation will be commensurate with quali?cation and experience.
