Researcher Profile Tools






  • ISNI (International Standard Name Identifier)
  • ISO-certified global standard for the identification of authors or
    creators across broad fields, including: writers, performers, producers,
    researchers, artists, institutions and publishers.
  • ISNI numbers are generally assigned by authorised institutions, such as publishers and libraries.


        



  • Provides a persistent digital identifier that distinguishes you from every other researcher.
  • Enhance
    your ORCID record with your professional information and link to your
    other identifiers (such as Scopus or ResearcherID or LinkedIn).

  • Good for disciplines which are covered by Web of Science.
  • Once
    registered, you are assigned a unique identifier that enables
    researchers to manage their publication lists, track their times cited
    counts and h-index, identify potential collaborators and avoid author
    misidentification.

 Scopus Author Identifier

  • Scopus automatically generates an author ID.
    All the documents in Scopus belonging to a specific author will be
    listed in the author's details (including numbers of citations received,
    affiliations, h-index)    .
  • Use the Scopus Author Feedback Wizard to collect all your Scopus records in one unique author profile.

  • Access Scopus from the databases tab on the library homepage.

    




  • Check who is citing your publications, graph citations over time, and compute several citation metrics.
  • You can also make your profile public, so that it may appear in Google Scholar results when people search for your name
