Funding for travel and accommodation : Paper presenters must bear the full cost of travel and accommodation themselves. We are sorry but we are unable to provide any funding for travel or accommodation.
We are really sorry we have not been able to raise funding to provide accomodation/travel funding and have to rely on modest registration fees to meet other expenses. We hope you will understand that as non-funded network, LASSnet struggles to keep afloat. And we are thankful to our Sri Lankan hosts for taking the network outside India. As usual we solicit your understanding and solidarity.
Your presentation : Please ensure that your presentation's duration is no longer than 20 minutes. Please send a final or a draft version of your paper by the 30th of November so that your panel's chair has adequate time to read and be able to respond. If you wish to be eligible for publication, please ensure that your paper does not exceed 5000 words.
Participants from countries from the Global South will be included in the SAARC rates
Please be advised that its a three hours run from Colombo to Kandy by road. We will try to help the participants group together, if you require help. Please fill out the registration form that has been sent to you, for any specific requests.
