Srusti Academy of Management is dedicated to growth and development of Management & IT Education. It is approved by All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE), affiliated to Biju Pattnaik University of Technology (BPUT), Rourkela, Orissa and is strategically located in the institutional area of Bhubaneswar, the capital city of Orissa. The Institute presently offers 2 years full time MBA and 3 years full time MCA programmes. This ISO 9001-2000 certified institute is a member of CII (Confederation of Indian Industry), AIMA (All India Management Association), NIPM (National Institute of Personnel Management) and AIMS (Association of Indian Management Schools).

I am glad to inform you that we are going to organize a two day international conference from 23^rd to 24^th Sept., 2011, in our campus. The objective of this conference is to exchange views and share knowledge on various aspects of competition and competitiveness confronting the organizations.

Presentation of technical papers on various tracks spread over four technical deliberations and publication of a compendium of papers presented, are the key features of the event.
