On the occasion of the International Year of Forest - 2011 we are organising the Odisha Environment Congress (OEC) - 2011 with the theme "Forest Resources of Orissa - Issues, Challenges and Potentials" from 22nd to 23rd December, 2011 at Regional Museum of Natural History, Bhubaneswar.
To patronise and encourage the young scholars we are inviting papers from the young researchers (age below 35) and will awarded some of the selected papers. Details on the theme, sub themes and deadlines are mentioned in the broacher attached herewith. We request you to kindly circulate the message widely among your students/ friends / research scholar known to you and encourage them to participate by sending papers.
