Awards Announced: No later than October 12, 2015
Spending on awards completed by: May 31, 2016
Maximum Budget: $4000
The Humanities and Social Sciences Research Office is pleased to announce the call and guidelines for the CHASS Scholarship and Research Awards (SRAs). These awards are intended to assist faculty in their scholarly pursuits. Applications are due electronically (in PDF format) to the Research Office by 9:00 PM, Wednesday, September 23, 2015. The SRA cover page and CV page must be included (see http://www.chass.ncsu.edu/research/resources/funding/scholarly.php). Please email your complete application to mailto:[email protected] and to Tom Birkland (mailto:[email protected]). Awards will be announced in mid-October.
Please note: This will be the final year in which the SRA program is offered. Starting in Spring 2016, the College will be making these awards as part of the Faculty Research and Professional Development (FRPD) program. This change will enable faculty to use funds across an entire fiscal year. Details will become available in the Spring.
