Limited Submission: NIH Academic-Community Partnership Conference Series (R13)
The National Institutes of Health's next deadline for the Academic-Community Partnership Conference Series (R13) is October 17, 2012. The program is designed to support health-disparities-related meetings, workshops and symposia to bring together partnerships that will use Community-Based Participatory Research to address health disparities. Focus areas include obesity (child, adolescent or adult), techniques for outreach and information dissemination, violence prevention and medical topics such as fibroid tumors and HIV/AIDS prevention. The limit is one application per institution.
Award: Up to $30,000 per year for up to three years
