We are happy to inform you that ICF is organizing the fourth International Conference on Emerging Financial Markets on 29 December 2011 at PSG Institute of Management with support from CIBER, Florida International University
The International Conference on Emerging Financial Markets is a yearly event organized by the International center for finance to provide an opportunity to researchers to share their findings in the areas of Finance and investments, with an emphasis on emerging markets. We cordially invite you to participate in the conference, and also sponsor one or two good researchers of your institution/ university to participate.

Call for papers

Research proposal in the broad area of economics, finance or accounting are invited to be submitted and presented where experts in the field can critique and support to fine tune the completion of research. Conceptual, theory-building or empirical full papers from the above disciplines are also welcome.

Submission Guidelines

Abstract of working paper or research in progress in about 200 words along with author profile to be submitted on or before 10 December 2011. Acknowledgement of acceptance of the abstract will be sent via email only. Accepted abstracts should be presented by the author or anyone of the co-authors
Full papers sent will be considered for publication in the Journal for Emerging Financial Markets ISSN 2230-8792 after the review process. Authors are also encouraged to present their paper, however only on the condition that they are willing to discuss another research paper during the conference.

Fee Details

All Registrants can attend the conference workshop on Research in Finance. Registration fee include the charge for lunch and high tea for the delegates. Accommodation Breakfast and dinner would be provided on request and is chargeable. All payments for registration and accommodation should be made by crossed demand draft in favour of "PSG Institute of Management", payable at Coimbatore, India.

Published annually the journal is devoted to dissemination of theoretical and empirical research in finance area. JEFM encourages a multi disciplinary approach and different methodologies of research.
