Conference will take place from 5-7
March 2012 in

Conference 2012 are:

Dr. Lynn Celli, Author and Administrative Leader
serving as Superintendent of
Schools for Swampscott, Massachusetts (USA); a
leading educator and scholar
and in the area of curriculum and instruction;
Dr. Nicholas Young, Author and Administrative
Leader, serving as
Superintendent of Schools for Hadley,
Massachusetts (USA), was awarded the
prestigious Superintendent of the Year Award in
2010 for his  work in cutting
edge professional development programs and
e-learning/technology related
initiatives;
Dr. Rick Roque, Author of Dozens of articles in
banking and finance in the
United States and is a thought leader on Education
Finance in Developing
Countries.  He is doing research in social and
political development through
nontraditional educational revenue models.

We welcome: ORAL, POSTER and VIRTUAL
presentations. Early submissions are
strongly encouraged due to limited space in the
venue, as applications are
reviewed on a rolling admission basis- as long as
space is available.

Papers presented at the conference will be
published in dedicated ISBN
publication of EDC2012 Conference Proceedings.

NOTE: Most of Thailand provinces and inner
Bangkok, including the area
conference hotel is located in, were NOT affected
by recent flooding that
occurred in some provinces in Northern and central
Thailand. Moreover, as
waters receded, big clean ups have been organized
by Thai government and
situation has come back to normal. There should be
no reason for safety
concerns for international travelers, who are
already coming back to Thailand
in a big number.
