Call for Papers
About the Conference: IBS Hyderabad, a constituent of Icfai Foundation for Higher Education, a deemed to be University recognized as one among the top 7 B-schools of India rated by the independent rating agencies is holding 3rd International Conference on Applied Econometrics during 16-17th December, 2011 at IBS Hyderabad in Collaboration with The Indian Econometrics Society (TIES). In organizing this conference series since 2009, we have collaborated in the past with NABARD, IGIDR Mumbai and The Indian Econometric Society (TIES) and Agricultural Insurance Corporation of India. Earlier this conference series have attracted paper contributors from reputed foreign and Indian universities. Mention may be made of a few of such universities ? Harvard University, Boston University, University of Leeds, UK, Brunel University, University of Zurich, Monash University, National University of Singapore, Hong Kong University, Nagoya University and University of New England, Delhi University, University of Mumbai, University of Hyderabad etc.
Areas of Interest: Papers are invited on the areas of Business Economics, Agricultural Economics, Developmental Economics, Environmental Economics, Industrial Economics, Actuarial Economics, Behavioral Economics, Financial Economics, Monetary Economics and Time series Econometrics.
Submission Procedure and dates: Interested academicians/researchers/practitioners are requested to submit their papers, not exceeding 6000 words, latest by 30 November 2011. Abstracts not exceeding 200 words should also be submitted along with the papers. The papers can be emailed to: [email protected] or [email protected].
All papers will be reviewed for their suitability for presentation in the conference. Detailed guidelines for submission of papers are available on our website www.ibshyderabad.org/ICAE-III.htm Authors of the selected papers will be invited to present their papers in the conference, where three best research paper awards will be presented to the three deserving paper contributors. All the papers selected for presentation in the conference will be published either in conference volume or in our selected IUP journals for which concurrence of the authors may be expressed in the registration form.
