Publisher's version / pdf.
This is the final and most desirable version of your article (sometimes
called "version of record").  It is formatted in the style of the
journal, complete with running headers/footers and with journal issue
pagination.  Authors usually receive a publisher pdf from the publisher.
Example of publisher's pdf

Post-print / author's post-print.  This
is the accepted version or "final draft" of your article, after
refereeing.  It may be a Microsoft Word document.  It does not have
journal pagination.
Example of a post-print

Pre-print.  This is your pre-refereed manuscript, as initially submitted to a publisher.  It is probably a Microsoft Word document.
