Mohammed Ridwanul Hoque, is Associate Professor, Department of Law, University of Chittagong, Bangladesh. Dr Hoque's doctoral research [2007] at theUniversity of London (School of Oriental and African Studies) was entitled "Judicial activism as a golden mean: A critical study ofevolving activist jurisprudence with particular reference toBangladesh"; and current research interests include Public law;comparative constitutional theory, Islamic family law, corporate lawand corporate governance.
