The sub themes of the Conference-

? Organizational and Leadership Issues in handling developmental challenges
? Local Wisdoms; Development imperatives and scaling up worthy local practices and means thereof;
? Change management-Institutionalizing change management in the developing world as a prerequisite for development and their enablers in allied sectors.

? Higher education-Fine tuning higher education for development needs.
Call for papers:
Papers are invited from academicians, researchers, representatives of government, non-governmental organisations and business organisations on any of the sub-themes of the conference. The abstracts shall be submitted by email to [email protected] on or before 30th July, 2012. The ?nal paper shall be submitted by 30th November, 2012. Limited scholarships are also available.
