The University invites applications for the post of Contractual Guest Faculty against vacancy in sanctioned teaching posts as per UGC norms. Guest Faculty will be paid Rs.1000/- per lecture,
subject to a maximum of Rs.25000/- per month, and the appointment will be for an initial period of six months starting 1st January, 2013. These are purely temporary posts and may be terminated once vacancy is filled up. The selected candidates will have no natural right for absorption as regular Faculty in the future. Selection will be made through personal interview, dates of which will be published in the website. The following Departments have indicated their requirements for filling up of vacant positions,hence applications are invited initially from appropriate candidates.

Social Work. Interested applicants must satisfy themselves that they fulfil the ESSENTIAL requirements for the post of Assistant Professor according to the UGC Regulations 2010. Those desiring exemption from the requirement of NET etc must produce documentary evidence that they obtained their Ph.D degrees in accordance with the UGC Regulations 2009.
