The Energy Research Centre (ERC) at the University of Cape Town is one of South Africa's leading institutions involved in energy research, employing about 25 people from a variety of disciplines. The Energy Systems Analysis and Planning programme (ESAP) is involved in various aspects of energy modelling, analysis and data management to support energy policy and planning, climate change mitigation, behavioural interventions and energy research.
ERC is seeking to appoint an experienced and motivated mid-career researcher who wishes to advance his/her academic career.
