Engagement of Consultant/Expert (Economist) on contract/deputation

1. Petroleum Planning & Analysis Cell (PPAC), an attached of?ce of the Ministry of Petroleum & Natural Gas, invites applications to engage one Consultant/Expert (Economist) on contract/deputation basis for a period of one year, to facilitate publication of "India's Oil and Gas Outlook", which is planned as an Annual Publication.

2. Details may be downloaded from PPAC's website: www.ppac.org.in The eligible candidate is expected to be a professional economist as detailed in Schedule I (Level III), Schedule II (Level III) and Schedule III of the Guidelines for Engagement of Experts & Professionals, 2012. The lump sum remuneration would be a maximum

of Rs. 1.25 lakh per month, depending on quali?cation, experience and professionalism.

3. Candidates intending to join on deputation, on lien or on term leave basis from universities, government, public private sector companies, etc. may apply after obtaining requisite permission/authorization from their respective organizations and subject to condition that the remuneration payable would be as per para 2 above.
