Achieving More with Less: Creative School Budget Strategies Selected papers will be presented at the 3rd Annual Chicago ICE and will be published in Lindenwood University's journal Educational Leadership in Action. Authors must be present at the conference in order to be published. Chicago ICE provides a unique platform for international perspectives on education, aimed at creating solutions to K-12 educational issues and building a strong network of global educational leaders.
