Fund Development Manager
Ashoka Trust for Research in Ecology and the Environment (ATREE) is a research organization with
a focus on the application of science in conservation of nature, management of natural resources
and sustainable development. It is fast emerging as one of South Asia's leading conservation,
environment and development organizations with branches in Delhi and Darjeeling and fi eld offi ces
in several states.
Requirements and responsibilities: 5-7 years experience in a relevant fi eld with suitable qualifi cations.
We are looking for a dynamic self-motivated person to implement our fund-raising strategy at ATREE.
The candidate will work closely with the President and Director in exploring and translating funding
opportunities into grants for the institution. Have a vision for fund-raising in the non-profi t world and
identify with ATREE's mission. Should necessarily be a good communicator, with excellent writing
and interpersonal skills. Persons having experience in writing large institutional grants would be
preferred. The position will be located either in Bangalore or Delhi.
Emoluments: Salary will be competitive and commensurate with demonstrated experience. We are
open to a part-time position as well.
